For its B2C segment, Pintek offers personal education loans designed for students, parents, and professionals looking to fund school fees, courses, or certification programs, making education more accessible, regardless of background or income.

To scale outreach and acquire more users, Pintek partnered with us to run a focused Meta Ads campaign aimed at the individual consumer market.

Our Approach

We developed a Meta Ads strategy tailored to different user personas, from parents of school-age children to professionals seeking upskilling opportunities. The creatives focused on relatable situations, such as struggling with school payments or wanting to join a course but lacking funds. Our messaging emphasized how Pintek could be a supportive financial partner in achieving educational goals.

Using interest-based targeting and lookalike audiences, we reached users based on their stage of life, intent signals, and past engagement. We also implemented retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who interacted with the ads or visited Pintek’s site but hadn’t converted.

Ad formats included static visuals, carousels, and video explainers optimized for mobile, all crafted to be informative, reassuring, and action-driven, highlighting benefits like fast approval, low monthly installments, and zero upfront fees.

Campaign performance was continuously optimized through A/B testing on creatives, copy, and CTA variants, ensuring we hit the sweet spot between reach and conversion.
